Ph.D. in Medical Informatics from UTHealth, specializing in secure AI for healthcare and drug repurposing via deep learning. 3rd place at UC Berkeley RDI AgentX–AgentBeats Challenge (Healthcare Agent Evaluation Track, 2026) — the same competition led by MadGAA-LAB's founder. M.S. researcher at NYCU (Taiwan's MIT equivalent in engineering) and Research Assistant at NCHC, Taiwan's national supercomputing center. Published in Springer (2024) and arXiv (2025), with open-source contributions including CodeBRT, an LLM-powered VS Code assistant; Twinkle-Eval Leaderboard, the open-source leaderboard for Taiwan LLM evaluation.

Full-stack marketing leader across banking, consumer hardware, and independent consulting. At Project Mars, directed omnichannel strategy for 20+ e‑commerce routes and lifted annual revenue about 23% (NT$65M → NT$80M) while scaling influencer and O2O programs. At Bank Sinopac’s integrated planning desk, ran digital segmentation campaigns reaching roughly 380K users, helped shape the bank’s “Fong me” loyalty IP, and contributed to FinanceAsia’s Best Sustainable Bank in Taiwan (2023).
